I know this may be a really dumb question and I’ve always ignored those ads that you see all the time where it’s like “FREE iPOD! Just answer some questions!” or whatever but started thinking about it and can they really just advertise “Free iPod” and then have no way for you to actually get one? Has anyone actually clicked those ads and done what they wanted you to do? Did you get an iPod? And was it, essentially, free? I think what they have you do is sign up for a bunch of free trials online or something but I’m not sure. Just wondering if anyone has ever tried it.

I’ve visited many websites offering free cars that are covered in ads, saying you’ll get paid $ 100-$ 3000 a month, is any of this true? Are any of you out there a part of this program, or know anyone that is? Tell me about it, please.
Have any of you experienced this yourself?? Please note if so.

Answer:

You can buy anything with money. My guess is you have to do something to earn that money and then you’re free to buy a car with it. It’s all marketing hype.

My Yahoo Free Ads Are Not Showing Up

I was posting a survey and when the ad was not showing up I went to yahoo help. According to them, my ad was not completed, so I went back and resubmitted my ad over and over again. It still has not showed up. So whats a lady to do??

Are you violating their terms of service? Are you allowed to post survey ads? Some places don’t accept them because the think they are a negative visitor experience. Give up on Yahoo and try somewhere else.

eBay “illegal Selling”?

Question:
On eBay, I have these items for sale. They are all the same and I am keeping them confidential in here. It is a file that I burned to a blank CD that is free on the internet. There is no lisence agreement, nor does it say that nobody can make copies and sell the disk. A person who bought the disk from me contacted me and said that if he does not get his money back for the item, he is going to file a complaint with eBay for selling “Illegal” copies of a disk.

Here is what he said:

“I’m asking you to refund all my money ($ 5.49), otherwise I’ll go to e-bay to file complain. Because the item you are selling are “Illegal copy” from your original (if you have one) or just download from the web site and burn it, which also is illegal to sell. In both case are totaly different as you post on e-bay.”

Please let me know if I am correct in my point of view and if I could get in any kind of trouble at all.

If you are not the author of the material on the disk or the material was not from the public domain or you don’t have resell rights to it, it’s illegal. Refund the dude’s money. Just because it’s on the internet doesn’t mean you’re allowed to steal it and sell it, dumb ass.

There is a web hosting company called WebHostingPad. Buy one of their hosting accounts for hella cheap, as low as $1.99 a month. You can even get a free domain name with coupon code FREEDOMAIN. Then login to the cPanel control panel, scroll down to the Software section and click on the Softaculous script installer.
