My Yahoo Free Ads Are Not Showing Up

I was posting a survey and when the ad was not showing up I went to yahoo help. According to them, my ad was not completed, so I went back and resubmitted my ad over and over again. It still has not showed up. So whats a lady to do??
Answer:
Are you violating their terms of service? Are you allowed to post survey ads? Some places don’t accept them because the think they are a negative visitor experience. Give up on Yahoo and try somewhere else.
